All good except bath tub...

Liked: Breakfast was better than great with variety snd changes every day.
Disliked: The bathtub in rm 201 was not clean and somewhat worn. Only took showers

Pleasant

Disliked: The pillows are too tall and hard and we drove a long way and had planned on using the hot tub and pool to relax when we arrived. They were both closed down and we were not told that when we booked our room. We specificaly booked a hotel for the useof jaccuzzi and pool.

I would stay again but...

Liked: Breakfast was good. (eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc.) Location was near many amenities. It was very nice that fruit, cookies, juice, coffee, and water were available 24/7. The rooms are spacious. Lots of towels and the bathroom counter was big. The room is very well configured.
Disliked: The bed in room 207 needs to be replaced. We stayed there just a week before and the bed we had was amazing. It is not the easiest place to find and it is tucked in the middle of a grouping of establishments. Better signage would make it easier to find.

The staff was pleasant and...

Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: The pool and the hot tub weren't working, that was a big, big disappointment. Big crack under door let in a lotta light, there was a washing machine going at midnight, the curtains were broken no body wash in shower

Decent stay but a lot...

Liked: Nice that they offered complimentary cookies and juices/fruits 24/7
Disliked: Ice machine was broke. Had to get bags from the front desk and more than once they were out of ice bags. Memorial Day weekend and the pool hadn’t been opened yet. Had some short and curlies in the corner on the bathroom floor which was nasty.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Maria at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and patient when I called with questions about my room the night before I checked in and the night of my check in. The next morning Angela was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. Everything was fresh and hot.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Disliked: The room had a lot of dog dander and it was hard for me and my boyfriend to sleep because of the dust in the air
