Generally favorable

Liked: Met expectations of a room to sleep in with expected amenities, breakfast.
Disliked: Reservation through booking.com was messed up at the receiving end of the hotel; it showed but under another unrecognized name. Desk had to re - enter the entire reservation on the spot to book at room. Initially gave us a single bed when we reserved 2 queens, but was resolved almost immediately.Hotel could use an update. Stayed at three Clarion hotels this trip and this one needs to be remodeled to be more customer - friendly and modern.

Great place to stay.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay there! The staff was welcoming and greeted me when I was checking in. The room had extremely comfortable bed and it was clean. I liked how the TV had apps and I got to stream a few shows on Paramount. They had a Pool and Jim, but I did not get to use it. The breakfast was awesome because they had a lot of options and there was someone working at the breakfast area that was super friendly. I recommend this place because it’s well priced and way better than the Hampton Inn in Battle Creek.
Disliked: My stay was great.

Liked: It was a beautiful room. The breakfast was good. My kids loved the pool.
Disliked: There were dirty panties behind the couch in the room and it had a bit of a funky smell.

Would not stay again

Liked: It served its purpose
Disliked: The staff was never at the counter, there was no shampoo and when we asked for some they handed us a bag full of things but no shampoo because they did not have any. The breakfast was terrible. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
