For the price I was...

Liked: The contenitel breakfast was pretty good. The presentation was decent & the food was nice, hot, & fresh.
Disliked: When I booked the room I was under the assumption it was for the one price. When I checked in tot he hotel was charged an early check in fee of 40 dollars and another 100 dollar fee in case the room was destroyed. Caught me off guard with the additional fees. After getting my room key I got on the elevators as my room was on the 3rd floor. As soon as I entered the elevator there was a very horrid smell on the elevator. Best describe the smell as dirty mop water. Once I got in the room, the white shade attached to the window had some yellow/rust stains on it. Air conditioning worked fine. Bathroom was nice and clean. The hallway was extremely hot as the outside temperature reached above 90 degrees. Building staff was helpful when asked questions throughout my stay. The ice machine located in the corner on the first floor was leaking water on the floor, but staff did have a wet floor sign posted near the water. Carpets were very dirty in throughout the hotel

Liked: I have stayed at this property several times over the last few years. It's quiet, and safe along with being near where I need to be.
Disliked: The pillows are far too soft and small. Breakfast was good but lacking a few things. No fruit or yogurt. They had scrambled eggs and sausage patties.

Disliked: There were big stains on comforter and towels hanging in bathroom- when I asked the front desk if they could change while I was leaving for a bit they said sure and never did! I took pictures
