Very nice place... good breakfast.

Liked: Newness, cleanliness and room.
Disliked: At checkin we were told we have 2 reservations. Lady cancelled one no problem.No wash cloths and empty box of kleenex in the bath.

The room was inexpensive but...

Liked: Location close to a lot of shops and dining
Disliked: Bed was too hard. I tossed and turned. Pillows showed a lot of wear and there was not enough linens in the room and when requested additional was told they had no more.

I will be reporting them...

Liked: Nothing. It was awful. Bordering unsafe
Disliked: Filthy, unsanitary, uninformed front desk staff. Front desk staff not helpful. Broken down elevator, seller. Shady people. People Smoking pot out in front of entrances. 10 mins to finally get some hot water. I guess I was lucky that my room had hot water is basically what I was told? How do they clean and sanitize, sheets, towels, the room?. The pool was filthy.

We didn’t stay. We left....

Disliked: It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel. We reserved a king size bed. The first room we were assigned was teeny tiny 10’x12’ with a sofa bed, and had someone sleeping in it! And it smelled strongly of smoke! We waited 30 min to exchange rooms. The second room we were assigned smelled even more strongly of smoke, it was also a sofa bed in a teeny tiny room. Not a king size bed! It seemed like a local flop house but with a nice entryway.
