Great loved the room

Staff was very nice, but...

Liked: Location was reasonably close to walk to Augusta National.
Disliked: Property is very tired, in need of updating. Coffee was out every morning. Broken window latch, could not secure a locked window stayed on the first floor. Smaller things, no hair dryer, bar soap. All vending machines were out of order.

Liked: Great location to masters golf course…and lots of food choices . Only one problem. I did not want a smokers room …but for some reason I got one >. I was not happy about that at all.
Disliked: Hotel gave me a smokers room….it was horriable ….very unhappy we do not smoke …yuck

Don’t stay here. It’s nasty!

Liked: The Radisson in Augusta is a dump. The bathroom ceiling was moldy, and the AC unit was nasty, clogged with grime and dust. My kids started coughing during our stay; it’s a health hazard. The room had an overwhelming smell of cheap floral cleaner trying—and failing—to mask the damp, moldy cigarette stench. (Supposedly a “non smoking” hotel but people definitely do.)I get that Masters week is their big money-maker, so maybe they don’t have cash for big fixes, but wiping stuff down with real disinfectant costs nothing but effort—they just didn’t bother.The front desk girls were very nice, but that’s it. The Masters is all about keeping it real for regular fans, with fair traditions and honest hospitality, not ripping off everyday folks with overpriced filth. Spend more for a decent hotel, get a VRBO, or sleep in a minivan. It’s a greedy letdown riding the Masters coattails.

Disliked: They did not give us our room. Implied that we did not have a reservation when we had a confirmation number from Booking.com. confirmed our booking number but the hotel would not listen.
