Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Augusta at I-20 GA

Nice hotel.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The pool area could've been cleaner. I wasn't able to get in the pool.

Great stay needs more improvement

Liked: When they switch our room to a double room we were happy.
Disliked: We didn’t like the smell of the hotel and they need new carpet in the rooms

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner definitely works.
Disliked: The room isn't as nice as the pictures make it look. The floors were disgusting, the breakfast wasn't that great, the pool was closed, and the vending machines didn't work. I also booked a king suite, but was put in a room with two double beds.

Disliked: Started out that staff had given our paid rooms away, once that was taken care of, the elevator was filthy. People in between my two rooms had music blaring all night. The vending machines were completely empty and the breakfast was not good, cereal was stale and the eggs tasted like powder.
