Disliked: My room had two odor stop machines in it and a very strong smell of paint in it. Our heads were hurting and we were offered a new room, however it wasn’t a suite and I paid for a suite and they weren’t willing to reimburse the difference in pay so I had to deal with the smell from three days. There was also visible mildew and cracks in the wall. In the past three months I’ve stayed here at least four times and this was by far the worst stay. They also waited until my second night to put a $100 hold on my card instead at check in. Breakfast was horrible and housekeeping came into my room (with a do not disturb sign on it) while I was out and retrieved the odor ban machines. I also don’t like that I request to pay at the property but they take the money off the card before 9 am the day of and you’re not able to do an early check in.
