Most horrible hotel experience ever...

Liked: A little bit of cars so I got good parking.
Disliked: I drove 11 hours, arrived 12 minutes before 3pm check in and was denied use of bathroom and early check in unless I paid $25.00. Receptionist was rude and not accommodating. Could careless about me.When I checked out receptionist took my key and said good bye after popping up from sitting behind desk hiding just like the check in receptionist. What's up with that? Rude people.
