Good overall !

Liked: Clean, nice staff!
Disliked: Door key didn’t work several times and we were on the 4 th floor. Breakfast not great, no hard boiled eggs or individual yogurts only bananas for fruit! Could be a bit better.

Liked: The location was not the best.
Disliked: Kinda jammed in--the hotel as well as the suite. Naugahyde furniture has to go. Needs an updated look.

Overall adequate accommodations. In town...

Liked: Indoor pool was nice. Staff friendly and helpful. . Coffee was awesome.
Disliked: Crying for an update. Carpet stains. Not enough linens for the beds. Breakfast disappointing.

It was the worst hotel...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The staff was not friendly at all. We had ants in our bathroom and holes in the couch and the carpet that was on the wall was falling off. The bed was horrible and squeaked the whole night and we couldn’t even get extra pillows. It said hot tub and the pool was heated but the hot tub was filled in with brick and the pool was ice cold and it’s the main reason we picked this hotel. The breakfast was nasty with runny eggs and what looked like freezer burned sausage. We had an employee tell us they were telling management the same things we complained about and they have done nothing to fix it.
