Disliked: Some parts of the hotel was under construction. The gym wasn’t available. The carpet was a little stained.

Liked: The young man at the Front Desk was quite nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room needed overall refurbishment. The curtains were torn and looked terrible. The carpet was spotted and unattractive.

Liked: Breakfast ok. Onsite parking.
Disliked: Entrance had rubbish piled up outside. Sofa bed not made up. Went down to the front desk, where we were given torn sheets to make it up on our own, no indication that we could have called housekeeping. Upon removing the cushions discovered a dirty knife. The mattress was stained. There was also food on floor. In bathroom there was only 1 hook to hang towels. The room was a little cluttered, had to move furniture around to pull the sofa bed out.At checkout was told by Keith at reception that he couldnt give me a receipt as i had booked through Booking.com so they'd send a receipt. However every other hotel that I also booked through the third party was able to give a receipt.
