Hotel Description
Located off I-95 and 3 miles from downtown Ashland. Free Wi-Fi and a daily breakfast are also provided. Cable TV, a microwave and a fridge are found in each colorful room of Country Inn & Suites. A coffee maker and an iron are also included. Guests of the Country Inn are welcome to work out in the fitness room. Books can also be borrowed and taken home from the lending library. The morning breakfast buffet includes a rotating list of hot items along with waffles, fresh fruit and sweet rolls. Freshly baked cookies are served every evening. Not value for money and...

Liked: The night manager who checked us in was unengaged and seemed unwilling and unfriendly, although on checkout the lady behind the desk was much better.
Disliked: The beds were similar to that of a folded. Neither Queen bed had a headboard! Incredible.Lighting was poor. Window to room was blown / damaged.Door to bathroom would not secure and was jammed. Not only a fire hazard but just poor!Only 3 pillows to each bed - why?The television stopped working about 30 minutes after checking.The sticker to identify the sprinkler in the room was lop-sided.The phones in the room were old and did not work to call reception or anyone.

Friendly staff, lumpy mattress, breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The sausage had congealed fat on it. The eggs were cold. This surprised me as I was there right a 6 when they opened up the area.
