Liked: I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were terrible.
Disliked: Breakfast needs improvement. Maybe offer more fruit options.

Liked: The accommodations were nice but the bed was hard as a rock. As a resort owner, I know that a bed can make or break your vacation! If you can't sleep and relax, then the whole trip is a disasters.

We loved staying at this...

Liked: The staff were so friendly, accommodating, helpful. we just loved staying at this hotel. the staff were also personable. Breakfast was a good old fashion breakfast and lots of great options. thank you
Disliked: honestly cannot think of anything we did not like

A nice stay.

Liked: Easy check in. Rooms very spacious, bathrooms updated. The couch in the room was comfortable and appreciative. The breakfast in the morning was the usual, but fresh and tasty. The cookies were a nice touch. Overall a very nice stay, and I would go back for a longer stay when visiting Asheville.
Disliked: The only complaint would be the pillows.

I would stay here again...
