It was overall a pleasant...

Liked: Check in staff were pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Relatively quiet stay. Check out was very easy also.
Disliked: Shower made loud noises and so did the a/c unit by the window. Breakfast had some variety but wasn't very good. The lady putting out the food and cleaning up was very rude to us multiple times, although she did apologize after. She kept reaching in front of us while we were still serving ourselves to slam lids closed and put utensils away.

Great stay for the price...

Liked: Friendly staff, room was clean and facilities were all clean. Really they covered all the basic necessites and more.
Disliked: I can't say there was much I didn't like. The location is a bit off from downtown Asheville, but that's no fault of the hotel.
