Liked: Great space and staff was willing to get a switched room when one of the toilets wasn’t flushing correctly. Good breakfast selections.
Disliked: This is specifically for our room, but my our beds were EXTREMELY rickety. Made noises for every single movement I made, and I move a lot

Clean, quiet hotel in a...

Liked: Lady at the front counter was genuinely friendly. The front entrance was very clean. The landscaping was well maintained. Even though the Cracker Barrel was closed for remodeling, it was close and would have been convenient. The hotel was far enough off the highway to be very quiet. Ultra convenient handicapped parking - complete with some much desired shade. The pool was VERY clean.
Disliked: The laundry facilities could have been a bit nicer. 2 washers and dryers would have made my experience more convenient. The hotel was advertised as being close to the Biltmore, yet it was a solid 20 minute expressway drive.
