Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Clean room and overall excellent.

Liked: Location and very close to so many places. Food/drinks - the Salvage Station. Check in and check out is very easy and staff is awesome.
Disliked: Not really anything bad.

Liked: Quiet, pet friendly, nice grounds.
Disliked: Breakfast, eggs overcooked, but otherwise a good variety of items.

A little disappointing… but still...

Liked: The breakfast was great and location was perfect! Free parking was also a plus!
Disliked: Staff on arrival were a bit abrasive and did not give us the best service, left a bitter taste in our mouths. check out crew and cleaners were lovely though!

Booking.com screwed up. Hotel was...

Liked: Everything provided by the hotel, especially the breakfasts, was wonderful. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However the services provided by booking.com were not good. My payment to the hotel via booking.com wasn't sent on to the hotel. I had reserved a room with disabled access and that was not communicated to the hotel either.
Disliked: See above. All the things I didn't like were booking.com issues.

Very good

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We booked online because it said pet friendly but when we got there we found out it was only dog friendly but they let us stay with our cats thankfully. The room was a good size, bigger than we were expecting.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the location. It's not in the best area. We had an issue while bringing our luggage in where two women came in trying to get into someone's room but gave the wrong name, not sure why they were really there, but the cops had to be called and they also tried to get into the car of the lady working the front desk. Second thing, but only a minor inconvenience was it advertised an indoor heated pool but the pool itself wasn't heated just the room it was in. Other than that the room was nice, spacious and we slept comfortably. Although I will add the shower was a walk in (nice and all) but the door to the shower was only one panel of glass to block the water from spraying on the floor so it didn't hold the warm air in very well.

Not happy with bathroom facilities.

Liked: It was clean, semi comfortable.
Disliked: I had asked for a shower chair did not accommodate. No bars in the bathroom. Toilet was about 12 inches from the floor. My 89 year old mom had to be helped to sit and stand to use the toilet. We were to be there for 3 nights but because of the bathroom not being accommodating we left the next morning we asked during the night if they had an opening for a handicapped room they did not so we left on Aug 2nd. I learned make sure you ask for a handicapped room when traveling with an elderly person. So glad I took out insurance praying I get a refund of the other 2 nights.
