Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Clean room and overall excellent.

Liked: Location and very close to so many places. Food/drinks - the Salvage Station. Check in and check out is very easy and staff is awesome.

Disliked: The room was so hot, the air ran continuously but it never cooled down, we all sweated the whole night, and the parking lot needs cameras as people said cars got broken into often

Liked: The place was clean and comfortable, with a great location, a good price, and a lovely, clean breakfast area I really enjoyed.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking — it shares spots with a business center or you have to park nearby, which made me feel uneasy despite the night guard; also, the front desk staff wasn’t as friendly as I expected.

Liked: From the minute we walked in, we knew we would like this property. The entry is very welcoming, the desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room exceeded our expectations at this price point. The whole property had a newly renovated feel. It was immaculate. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was well stocked. If we ever find ourselves in Asheville again, we will definitely stay here again.
