Liked: The room was very clean and the staff was very accomodating.

Disappointed in to stay altogether

Liked: The location was right about where I wanted to be
Disliked: Two of the big amenities that convinced us to stay there, we’re out of order the whole time we were there. The pool and the hot tub so a part of our trip that we enjoy was taken out of the equation and the value of staying there dropped considerably. I could’ve paid less somewhere else for a place that doesn’t have a pool and a hot tub.

Disliked: The pool was not functional during our stay. We "found out" by a note on the door to the pool/hot tub..

Disliked: Animal urine piles everywhere. Run down unmaintained property. Bed extremely hard and not very comfortable. Asked to have room cleaned while we were gone - no one ever showed up.

Liked: We choose this place for the pool only, pool is out of service no notice about this at the moment of booking just after check in.

Wonderful hotel near downtown

Liked: I love this hotel for it's convenient location, comfortable beds, hot breakfast, and available fitness room. It is very clean and housekeeping staff are always hard at work. I always book this hotel when traveling to the Asheville area and will continue to do so!!
Disliked: Nothing
