Disliked: Noisy - could hear cars from the road and neighbors very clearly. Walls seemed paper thinThe key card scanner did not work for the doors in the back and this was a well known problem to the staff so it seems like something they could have fixed awhile ago (not like a brand new problem). I parked my car in the back as it was closer to my room and the stairs but had to walk to the front of the hotel every time to enterThe door in my bathroom was jammed and would not open fully The towel hook kept falling off the wall The beds were not very comfortable - mattress was very firm, pillows deflated too easily, and comforters were like sheets and my room did not have an extra blanket as was labeled in the “extra blanket” bag

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was a real meal and delicious. The rates were surprisingly affordable.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Great place to stay!

Liked: The room was nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. It is in a very good location. It only took minutes to get to the Biltmore House. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and downtown.
Disliked: The only thing that kind of bothered me was you couldn't close curtains to blackout sunlight.
