Disappointing.

Liked: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was good.
Disliked: Breakfast sucked. Cold cereal, bread, and one waffle maker. Nothing refrigerated like fruit, yogurt, or hard boiled eggs - much less anything hot.Bathroom sink drain was plugged, as was the faucet partially. Paper towel dispenser in men's bathroom in main lobby did not work. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The one I stayed at in Suamico, WI last year was excellent compared to this one.

Disliked: When going into room, it smelt very bad. Like someone had just used the bathroom. There were little paint chips all over the floor in the pool area. The women’s bathroom in the pool area was gross.

Disliked: When we checked in they didn't know where to put us because rooms were not ready at 3:00 p.m. and all the main areas were so dirty! The pool was overcrowded because one of the employees said they were over capacity and were still allowing day passes. The beds were terrible! Then to top it off, we went to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and they were out of plates, silverware, syrup, eggs, etc. We decided to leave then and go elsewhere.
