Liked: I absolutely love this hotel it?s a great deal and the room we stayed in is beautiful the first time. I am giving a low review bc this time I drove 2 1/2 hours only to find out that I couldnt check in bc they needed to hold the entire amount of our over $300 stay for incidentals when I had cash to pay for the room! The lady working ?tried? to see if there was something she could do but could not so I drove all that way for nothing. I have never stayed at a hotel that held more than $100 for this therefore I was not prepared for it and it was Christmas Day so obviously my bank was closed. Good times!

Unfriendly staff and unclean room.

Liked: The WiFi was reliable
Disliked: The room fridge had not been cleaned from the last guest. I asked for a plastic fork for the takeout we had ordered and the staff said he was unable to give me a single fork because they needed them all for breakfast. I explained I wouldn?t need one for Breakfast and he insisted he wouldn?t give me a fork.

Disliked: Water pressure was the only issue I had but it wasn't horrible.

Liked: The room was very nice spacious and very clean. Smelled wonderful walking in the room. Front desk employee was very polite.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. Heard kids screaming and running up and down hallways along with doors slamming up until 1245am. Ice machine was disgusting.
