Horrible!!! Radisson should be ashamed...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Staff only there 50% of the time. Very slow to react. Sometimes phone never was never even answered after many rings. Key cards disabled 1/2 way through the stay. AC was terribly noisy and loud. Toilet plugged up and had to call 3 times to get it unplugged. Repair person that came seemed perturbed that he was doing the repair. Light shined in the one window all night long due to blinds not closing enough. The one elevator makes strange thumping noises when in motion and the floor in it was dirty. Very sad situation. Will be sure to pass this along to all that ask about our vacation.

Liked: Great location. The spa was good. Staff was excellent

I was very disappointed.

Liked: The breakfast selection was out of juices, coffee needed to refilled, small amount of fresh fruit snd yogurts. The biscuits snd gravy were good!
Disliked: Light bulbs were burnt out and the air conditioner sounded like an animal was scratching to get out most of the night. The spa wasn’t working.

Horrible never will stay there...

Liked: Room was dirty when arrived with dirty toilet and microwave. Plus shower didn’t drain properly so almost fell. Whole facility was dirty and unclean. Very surprised for bugs.
Disliked: Staff didn’t care how dirty the whole facility looked or that empty rooms were left wide open for anyone to do anything to it.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Lots of parking space. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
Disliked: Our room door was very difficult to close. We couldn't close the bathroom door all the way. Bathroom floor was very slippery (accessible room), even before we used the walk-in shower. (Husband slipped and fell against the sink). The window shade would not open. The pool was not open the day we arrived. After it opened, there weren't enough pool towels. Outside sidewalk (side door) was dangerous for person with a walker.

Dirty Disappointment

Liked: The breakfast was nice and the room was okay. It was at least clean for the most part.
Disliked: There were so many things that could have been improved upon. When walking to our room I noticed how dirty the carpets in the hallways were. You could tell they hadn't been vacuumed. When we got to our room at the end of the hall there were 3 large trash bags sitting there that no one brought outside for a few hours. We got into our swimsuits and headed to the pool. The pool water and hot tub were great but the pool room was absolutely disgusting. Half eaten apple on one table, wet dirty socks on another, wet hat on another, wet shirt on another, wet shorts on the floor, food, gum, wrappers, garbage all over the floor. You could not walk barefoot without stepping in something. The tables looked like they had never been wiped down as they were sticky & gross. There was also no pool towels available. When we went to bed I realized how bad the comforter was....all the filling in each pocket of the comforter was balled together in clumps. It was like sleeping with a sheet with huge lumps attached to it. There was also no sheet on the bed. We also checked in as a family of 4 and were only given 2 bath towels. While showering the water stood in the tub and was super slow to drain. It took about a half hour after showering for the water to drain. So many details that could have made this a better experience.
