Superb

My stay was not pleasant...

Liked: I liked the soft pillows and hot water
Disliked: I didn’t like how my toilet would not flush the day I arrived. I did not like how the staff was very unfriendly. I also didn’t like how I was never given a wash cloth and towel because your hotel staff didn’t have any clean. I don’t like how Low the water pressure was. I don’t like how I didn’t have a telephone inside my room so any time I needed assistance I had to go downstairs.I don’t like how yall are over charging for this hotel with so many issues in these rooms

Disliked: When we booked we was sent a mgs that the pool didn't work... when we get there they said it work but its just cold.. So we had to go buy swimsuit because we didn't bring them...The room was very nasty. The staff was informed through a text and verbally and nothing happened. The reason why i didn't put up to much of a fuss is because my dad was in the hospital and thats where I mostly was. We needed more towels we was told we had to go bk upstairs bring down our dirty towels to get some new ones ( unprofessional). The second day we needed towels the old nice lady asked a housekeeper to give us some and she said that she didn't have our room. Basically find there housekeeper because she not giving us towels or bringing them to our room. I would love to be contacted if you have any questions. And or refunded or compensated.

Moldy and dirty

Disliked: There was mold in the room and they just tried to paint over it. The tub was covered in rust. When they moved our room it wasn’t cleaned properly because there was a pill on the floor beside the bed. Luckily my kid was old enough to tell me and not just put it in their mouth. The beds were so hard. Very little water pressure.couches were ripped.
