Liked: Beds were super comfortable! Rooms were updated and clean! Excellent water pressure in the shower!
Disliked: Our A/C didn’t work very well. Housekeeping came into my room twice without knocking first she said she wrote down the wrong room number then a few hours later she came in while I was in the shower saying she forgot. Then the day I was checking out she knocked on the door around 9:30 to see if we were still there. Then around 10:00 she just opened the door saying she didn’t know we were still there. At this point I was irritated so we just got our things and left even though checkout wasn’t until 12:00.

Liked: Soft sheets and fluffy pillows always make a hotel stay more enjoyable. A clean and spacious room is essential for a relaxing experience. Having convenient amenities like a coffee maker and a mini-fridge is always a plus. Reliable Wi-Fi is crucial for staying connected while traveling. A friendly and helpful staff can truly elevate a hotel stay from good to great.
Disliked: Everything proceeded smoothly, and we appreciate the effort. The outcome was quite satisfactory, exceeding expectations in several areas. It's reassuring to see such dedication and attention to detail. We look forward to similar successes in the future. Thank you for your contributions.
