Liked: The room was clean for the most part and quiet when the visiting schools weren’t running the halls.
Disliked: We were told the hot tub was working and one of the reasons we booked this place. We got ready and walked down there and it very much wasn’t working.

Friendly staff

Liked: The person who checked us in (Jake) was very nice and even tried to relate to us by sharing that he knew people in our hometown. Thad the manager worked with me on resolving a Choice Hotel issue and was very pleasant and patient. He gave me some credit towards a hotel stay because I rented two hotel rooms with Jacuzzi's in the room, but unfortunately there was no hot water in the evening to shower or use the Jacuzzi. This was the main reason I selected this hotel was because of the Jacuzzi in the rooms.
Disliked: I didn't like that I rented two hotel rooms with Jacuzzi's and there was no hot water in the evening to use the Jacuzzi or to shower. One of the rooms was for my parents for their anniversary and the other room was for me and my significant other. The staff didn't seem to have any idea how to fix the issue and when I inquired about it the next morning someone in the pool area had somehow turned it off. I'm not sure what type of security they have or protective measures they have in place for the general public not to be able to mess with the hot water to the hotel, but if it is possible for the general public to be able to do that all employees should be trained on how to resolve the issue.
