While it worked for one...

Liked: The location was great for area attractions, and wedding venue.
Disliked: The rooms seemed outdated, very moldy and musty smelling. Not appealing. The AC didn’t work all the time. The fan would blow, but no cold air.

Stayed before, will stay here...

Liked: Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable
Disliked: Pool was cloudy (not uncommon for hotel pools)

Hotel was nice & clean....

Liked: Nice rate per night. Has been updated.
Disliked: Although updated the drapes & shade were in dire need of replacement. Also good to know (and is mentioned in their description) they don’t have an elevator. Which will limit you to the 1st floor if you have mobility issues. Our toilets appeared to be new, but is a very low profile… they do have a handicap toilet on the first floor.

You’ve got to check out...

Liked: Hotel was well equipped and friendly. Great location as it’s not far from the highway and has a fast food restaurant next door, if that’s your thing. It has a distillery 5 minutes walk away which serves magnificent food and drinks. River falls is a nice little town with lots of friendly bars and eateries.
Disliked: It’s a half hour walk from the main town. Mind you that means you can walk off your dinner.

average stay

Liked: Breakfast was ok had same thing for 4 days didn't change it up.Beds need upgraded, our room should have been put out of order, room had an odor , towel rack was broken , hole in bathroom door hole in wall paint chips on wall by chair, ceiling needs repainted had marks on it and curtains were old. The night front desk person not friendly and other guests ruined the pool by having food and drinks so pool was closed in the morning the next day. Andy the front desk was friendly and helpful. if they improve rooms I would stay again if they prices are reasonable
Disliked: beds, room, price did not match booking.com price added $34 more but after talking with front desk and manager they credited back should give lower score but it was accommodating

I don't recommend this hotel...

Disliked: there could have been more effort in breakfast options. Very processed and unappealing. No healthy options. No fresh fruit. Overall very disappointing considering the room rates. Pool area was clean but unavailable due to water concerns

Not worth what we paid.

Liked: Location was perfect since we had something going on at the university.
Disliked: The mattress beds were terrible. Just by looking at them you could tell they were old and worn out. We arrived late in the evening and had to be at the university early so all we did was sleep there.

Would stay again

Liked: We were there for a college graduation and stayed there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They were willing to keep our food in the fridge until our party for us as we used their party/meeting room. We had a problem getting the hide a bed closed back in and they were there right away to help! Whatever we needed, they were more than willing to assist!
Disliked: The breakfast was a little lacking and limited. Not real quick to refill the empty food. No elevators..they would have nice and useful to have.
