Cute location, great staff

Liked: Amazing staff! I had a snafu with accidentally booking 2 rooms when I only needed one, and staff were incredibly nice about it. I also accidentally set the checkout date a day too early, and they were really helpful in accommodating me. They location was also very clean, and the cleaning staff were super detail oriented.

Great for a quick getaway close to a variety of tourist-y locations in the heart of Mountain View.

Liked: I thought the front desk manager was very friendly and efficient. I liked the cleanliness of the room and felt relatively safe in the hotel. It seemed like a nice place to stay.
Disliked: I think the mint that I ate was a bit old. Otherwise, I thought the space was great.

Liked: Amazingly clean. True to online photos! Reception check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Fresh coffee in the office in the morning. Beautifully maintained and landscaped grounds.
Disliked: Shower soaps were very harsh. Hospitality crew could be quieter in their conversations while completing their "early morning" shifts.
