someone who can help me...

Liked: Nothing at all...
Disliked: I was very disappointed it was my tenth yr anniversary and I wanted to have a great day with my wife.. the pool was closed on a 108 degree day...I had to switch rooms twice bc of broken refrigerator and dirty sheets and room.. also while trying to enjoy our night people was blasting music from other rooms n being extremely loud....and last but not least they say they offer free breakfast...after having a horrible anniversary night I thought I could at least offer my wife breakfast n bed but I got up and went to lobby at six only to be told they don't offer the breakfast the advertise.. not even coffee....I wanted a refund but was told they don't give refunds....I saw they have jacuzzi rooms and asked for at least a free stay n there when the pool was available and was told they cannot do that either....if there is someone who can help me gain some satisfaction for my inconvenience please do asap.....

Liked: I really appreciate the three front desk staff. I’m currently facing homelessness, my car was repossessed so hotels have been my savior’s. The staff, Mr.G and his wife was very accommodating and helpful. They don’t know what I’m facing, but they were my blessings by helping me match prices, allowing me to check in early when I had no where else to go.
