Exceptional

Liked: The location was great close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very nice and always willing to help guests. Will definitely stay there in the future when in town visiting family.

Hotel was fine, clean, comfortable,...

Liked: Tamara was wonderful, helped me through a crisis with my car door lock getting jammed and my car key getting bent. This triggered my anti theft alarm going off and I couldn’t start the car. Was stranded and nearly had to have the car towed, but after several hours I finally got the bent key to turn on the ignition and I was able to depart.
Disliked: The crisis caused by my door lock getting stuck. But nothing wrong with the hotel, it met expectations. As mentioned above, Tamara was awesome and went above and beyond to help me with my car crisis.
