Liked: I was close to family. The new girl that checked us in and out was very nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like dirty feet. No one cleaned the room the 4 days we were there. When we checked in we were told we could use the outside door close to our room to go in and out, which was perfect, since I was traveling with my little dog. The next morning, I took my dog out and when I went to go back inside, someone had locked the door. Most of the time the door was locked and a few times it was unlocked and the key reader was disabled to the outside doors because of one of their previous guests giving a key card to some lunatic, who was walking the halls with a knife, as I was told by one of the staff. Being in the room at the end of the hall, this was very inconvenient. The curtains were broken, so we had to pin them together, to keep people from seeing into our room. The pool was not open. The breakfast was enough to tide you over until you could get to McDonald's, Scooters or Burger King for real food and coffee. On check in day, I left my id at the front desk and didn't realize it. The nice girl put it in an envelope with my name and room number on it, but no one bothered to let me know until we were checking out and she gave it to my child,. When I go back to visit family again, I will stay in Marysville or Bellefontaine and drive the extra 30 minutes to see family.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room had not been clean well, if at all. There was trash left on the floor. Hot water took forever to heat up. There was a metal bar hidden by the comforter at the foot of the bed that stuck out. When you walked by it you hit your ankle on hit. It literally cut my leg. This was also the case in our friends room 10 rooms down.

Don’t stay here

Liked: This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed! If I could have given negative score I would’ve! The room was absolutely nasty!
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned. The microwave and refrigerator was dirty. The ice container had a bag of water in it. The couch had stains and dog hair all over it. The toilet was dirty. The sheets were the only thing changed.

Liked: I liked that it was close to the wedding venue.
Disliked: The place had cockroaches. The breakfast was unsanitary and out in the open, nothing was covered. The pool was down. Waited around for the staff for about 15 min to check in. Everything in the room was unplugged.
