Liked: The staff well I only had one person the entire time I was there but she went so far above and beyond when other staff could not be bothered to make eye contact. She seen me struggling and stopped everything she was doing and got me and my belongings to my room made sure I didn’t need anything and took the cart back down with her. She even checked in on me at later time to make sure I was ok and that I didn’t need any help. This treatment lasted the 3 days 2 nights I was there and on check out she had the cart by my door ready for me and then was there to help me to my car. She made the difference! She was amazing. I wish I knew her name. Oh and did I mention. She was the housekeeper! Your receptionist wouldn’t even make eye contact the housekeeper checked me in and everything!

Disliked: We asked for a late checkout and they could only give us an extra hour. Being 4 hours from home and not playing a softball game until 430 that day, it didn’t help.

Liked: the locations is great for what I needed. The staff are very helpful and friendly
Disliked: The breakfast offers almost nothing that is Gluten free except for yogurt and oranges. I had stayed here previously and mentioned that but nothing was changed. My room did not smell fresh. It made me wonder if it had been cleaned thoroughly including sheets. They just didn't smell fresh either.
