Just a quick overnight stay....

Liked: Warm comfortable unit. Very clean !!!!!
Disliked: Bed was a bit hard for me.There were ants on the kitchen bench but easily wiped away. No major problem.

Liked: Close to Southern Cross Hospital and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Bathroom had a bad odour, the lazy boy chairs didn't work and there was a bench full of ants on the kitchen bench in the morning. When I told receptionist I was told if you have food in your room you will have ants. Then I received an email saying I had taken linen, which I had not as when the room was serviced only got left a towel and face washer. I phoned to let them know and was just told they would talk to the cleaner. Not once was there an apology for smell, chairs, ants or linen missing.

Disliked: I enquired after our stay, as to why our booking through a booking company was cancelled by the motel after we had completed and paid for our stay. I am still to receive an answer over 6 weeks later.As a result we have lost our rewards through the website which I am very disappointed with.Something is definitely a bit dodgy here
