Great first experience

Liked: Very clean and tidy. It was our first time in Toowoomba so we think the location was good keeping in mind there was close access to everything we needed. Only a short drive to the shopping centre. Very good value for money.

Disliked: Once grand 70s motel, now running on empty.Maintenance poor, continental breakfast basic at best, staffing non-existent.

Liked: The staff were wonderful. room was clean and amenities were good.
Disliked: Bed could've been better. Very firm mattress

Liked: Really comfy bed and pillows, spa bath worked perfectly, room bigger than I thought it would be!
Disliked: The only issue which isn't anything you can fix really, I could hear the neighbours toilet flush pretty loudly! No other noise heard like chatting or TV only the flush but was unexpected!
