Liked: The owner was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the room was pretty large and was comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet and sink both had a slight leak, but it wasn't major. We informed the owner and I trust he will fix it before the room is rented out again.

Liked: The look of the kitchen/bar area at check in turned me off of eating here
Disliked: Housekeeping. Attrocious. Beds made but not washed, used kleenex found folded under the covers. Photos of bathroom vent and door having been kicked in recently.
