Nice stay

Liked: I liked that everything was right there we didn't have to leave unless we wanted to.
Disliked: The pools were so bad cloudy and nasty you couldn't even see in them to the bottom and when you came up with your hand you would likely have someone's hair on your hand. I asked about this but best lady at front desk could do was tell me to find a manager walking around and ask them. And then when you first walked into our 4oom it smelled extremely bad but after a while either we got used to it or something

Liked: We had a 7 year old, 5 year old, and 6 week old and we had the best time! Everything was amazing and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Definitely will be booking again here!

Experience was ok, probably won’t...

Liked: Great location, near a lot of the must-see and do attractions and restaurants. Scoopy’s ice cream was very affordable and tasty!
Disliked: We arrived 25 mins early and they would only do a “soft check in” and made me get back in line to actually give us our room, by that time the line was quite long. Annoying more than anything… then the room smelled pretty bad when we first arrived (wet dog/carpet smell). Each floor had to share a microwave (they are not in your room). You were not allowed to use any type of float in the pools to relax in yet the kids playing with pool toys and balls took up the entire pool so you weren’t able to even “swim”. We were in tower 2 so that meant any time we wanted to use any amenities we had to leave our building and walk to the main tower, even to access the outdoor pool (what is the point of having gates if you don’t allow your guests to use them for convenience?) The lifeguards don’t really ensure the smoothness of lines at the slides and only blow a whistle if someone is doing something with a safety concern (several kids would go up and down the slides not handing their tube to the next person in line and would just keep taking their turn over and over leaving kids waiting several turns in a row).
