Liked: This place was a joke and we will NEVER Return for a visit. The BEST Thing the owners could do is Bulldozer the building down and use for a parking lot for the hotels around it

Liked: Size of the penthouse suite
Disliked: Our last night there the room next door threw a huge party, people screaming, drinking and yelling while music was blasting and I had to text guest service...they called the guest who just took the party out to the parking lot and then eventually made their way back to the room and me and my kids didn't get to sleep till around 3 am and we had to check out that morning. The guest on the other side of our room had a dog barking even though the hotel had a no pet policy. I complained when I went to check out that morning before my 7 hour drive to VA and they didn't even offer to comp me for the night.

Liked: Loved all the activities they offered for the kids, and the kids liked the water park being on grounds gives them something to do while u sun bath...
Disliked: The checkout times are off on the bookings website says between 10 am and 12 pm which is wrong.

Birthday Vacation

Liked: The result had so much to offer arcade, pools, slides, kiddie splash park,and food.
Disliked: The construction, but it's understandable there expanding, I understand. Otherwise nice place for the family to come and enjoy themselves.
