Disliked: The description of this Motor Inn is not only completely misleading but also deceptive - this redefines listing accuracy and or honesty making us question all future accommodation descriptions on websites.The pictures of the room along with the description were very misleading to say the least. The Hotel's definition of 24-hour front desk, room service (both filters that were requirements and chosen as filters by us) along with Sound proof rooms is deceptive and entirely incorrect.24-hour front desk - untrue.We received a text message at 6:10pm (prior to our arrival) to advise us that reception would be closed and where we would find our room key. As the listing said 24-hour front desk that in itself is misleading and untrue.Room service - not available.We pre-empted that we would be hungry after arrival and hence selected this as a requirement - it was not available. On checking out early in the morning (breakfast time) we noted a handwritten sign at the entrance to the empty dining area saying "room service available" - I assume that was only applicable for breakfast or perhaps only meal times???..... however, as we did not see one single staff member during our stay, not even at checkout, I cannot 100% confirm that. "Soundproof rooms" - absolutely not.There were loud noises the entire night including a very loud and shockingly ear peircing screech which jolted us each time it happened along with a thumping noise which may have been water hammer noise through the pipes. There were trucks on the highway and loud brakes and loud engine noises rumbling as they drove past non-stop. In fact it almost felt and sounded like trucks were driving through our room. Given that we were in one of the rooms located the furthest from the highway on the property I cannot imagine how loud the rooms right up next to the highway would be ....

Liked: Great location!I needed to change my check in date due to arriving a day early, Staff were very accommodating - changed my dates with no hassles.Overall fantastic experience on every level- will recommend to family and friends 10/10 rating
