Relaxed, comfortable stay

Liked: On arrival the staff were helpful with check in , directions to the room, Wi-Fi code, Breakfast, How to Heat the room, or offer of a Fan Heater, etc... The Staff in the Bar / Restaurant were helpful too, and the food ( breakfast & dinner was lovely)View from the Bedroom window over the Golf Course, was Lovely, Cleaning Staff Helpful with extra Tea / Coffee / milk & sugar / sweetener, for the room, as there wasn't enough for our full stay, I Like the fact that there was an iron & ironing board in the wardrobe, as we were staying for a special occasion, I also liked that there was a lift that worked, not all hotels have lifts that work,( and we usually get put on the Top Floor), and my husband being in his late 70's has trouble with stairs
Disliked: There was NO Net curtain at the window, so Privacy was compromised, there was a Draft Coming from the window as they were dated, and didn't close properly, The heavy Curtain was hanging off the rail, one side, I had to use a hairclip to keep the Heavy curtains closed during the evening & Evening To Stop the draft & to keep some heat in the room, There were stains on the Valance sheet, which covered the base of the bed
