Liked: Easy access and parking. Good TV and aircon
Disliked: No couch or comfortable chair.

Liked: Comfortable quiet and easy parking.
Disliked: Thought it was a little dark at night. A light on the ceiling would make it much better. Plug in hand basin needs to be repaired.

Friendly staff; great place if...

Liked: Staff were friendly. The donut van out the front.
Disliked: I was not aware when making the booking via Booking.com that this Motor Inn allowed pets. If I had known this prior I would NEVER of booked. Everything I had read states no pets allowed and we were surrounded by dogs in rooms. My 6 year old son was scared as one guest decided to let her dog out in the shared courtyard and it ran towards my son in an aggressive manner. We were lucky there was a glass door between him and the dog. We felt as if we were in the kennel rooms. Very disappointed with this. The designated smoking areas are not far enough away from the rooms and you have to walk through this area to get to the rooms. We had booked two rooms which they gave us opposite each other that was nice but for my mum who has mobility issues it would have been better to be given a room with drive up access.The attached photos of the Motor in are quite misleading; as the rooms we stayed in are very tired and dated. It was not fresh and the rooms smelt stale and like pets!Not sure how Booking.com rate this as 8.4???
