Liked: Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, and the shower was hot.

Good but could use improvement
Liked: The staff was nice. A blonde lady did a great job taking care of us at the front desk. Other guests obviously felt very comfortable! We often saw groups of guests at the outdoor tables having conversations.
Disliked: We stayed in room 24.Smelled strongly of smoke when we first entered the room. Whoever cleaned our room while we were out moved our belongings that were on the beds and end tables. Put things that were out into bags. Felt very exposed and like they had gone through my things.Shower had some stains and the drain looked pretty gross.

Disliked: Barely made it up the hill into the motel parking lot. Hasn’t been cleared from the foot of snow that we got. Four wheel drive and driving hard on the vehicle to get up the hill thru all the snow and ice. If you’re going to rent the rooms then you should be able to afford to clear your parking lot. Got checked into the room and the toilet tries to flood everytime you flush it. Got a toilet plunger and it still didn’t fix the problem. About the only positive about the place was the staff that checked us in was very nice. Asked her about the parking lot being cleared and she just simply said the motel doesn’t do it. That’s poor customer service. You know your on a hill and it just dropped a foot of snow and you cleared absolutely nothing. Will have to think twice before we book here again as we travel thru this area often and stay. Very disappointed about it. And the direct tv was out and wouldn’t work at all.
