Bed bugs

Liked: The woman who worked at the counter was very kind........The location is good.
Disliked: I'm sad to give this review because when I stayed here about 2 years ago it was very nice......Seems to have spiraled down in a hurry since then......The A/C did not work well and the breakfast is pretty meager compared to the last stay....I can overlook some things like that because I'm not overly pick........But I have to now rate this place a 1 because there were bed bugs in my room......I felt badly for the employee because I called around 12:30 at night and probably woke her up. She was very sweet and let me change rooms. But it was very dirty (hairs all over the floor and what looked like blood stains there as well) and in the morning I noticed more bed bugs. I can get over a few bites if I later see them appear. But the frightening thing is that they may have gotten into my luggage or other personal items.......I would not expect a full refund since I did spend the one night-but think I should have been offered at least a partial one. However......the employee may not have been authorized to do that so I don't blame her and as I said she was very nice........Sorry to have to give this review but maybe it will spur some much needed positive changes.

Liked: The breakfast was ok cereal and toast or bagels.
Disliked: The rooms were not the cleanest the ones they tried to put us in at first had been smoked in and they were supposed to be non smoking. One room they tried placing us in had an adult toy in and the only had dirty sheets.

Liked: Easy access and convenience. Cold air conditioner. Big ice in the machine, not the little melting kind. My wife enjoyed the bagels for breakfast. The ladies were busting their A**es .Also recommended an excellent restaurant for delivery to the motel.
Disliked: The shower head was approximately 4-1/2 foot on the wall. It's not very practical for anyone 6 feet tall .Every time our neighbors closed their door, the bed would shake. We had to listen to what they were watching on TV. I'm not complaining, just stating the facts.
