Liked: Excellent location, welcoming, friendly & helpful staff. Good room service - Delicious food at a reasonable price. Lovely spa & facilities.
Disliked: Cooked food delivered to the room could have been hotter.Would have liked an adult only pool session prior to check out.

Liked: The pre booked full breakfast was good. On the second morning the bar breakfast was excellent as were the staff!

Liked: Lovely location, and welcoming, helpful staffRoom was clean and well appointed. A bit tricky to get from the room from reception but we mastered it quickly. We didn't try the spa facilities as we were staying for a wedding nearbyAppreciated the fresh milk and filtered water on tap nearby our room. So much nicer than the little heat treated tubs usually available.Overall would recommend.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive for what it was, not 'fit for a king' as advertised. We think the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working during our stay in room 214. The bathroom floor was lethal due to condensation after a shower. We did report it on checking out Rather surprised that there wasn't a room safe for our valuables.
