Liked: I love the location of the hotel..Some of the things I wanted to do was within walking distance, and the other things was close within driving distance. The hotel is very clean, and the staff was excellent..This will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Cleveland..

Disliked: The back parking property . Bedside lamp awkward to turn off & on. The upper base of lamp is flat catching dust & hasn’t been dusted in a long time .

Good except for check in

Liked: Comfortable, well appointed
Disliked: The only problem I had was atCheck in. They had a mix up with my room and I had to wait an hour, after check in time, to get into the room. The 2 people at the front desk didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I checked my receipt the next day and it was still wrong. They had me mixed up with another person with the same last name who was checking in the day I was checking out. Finally the person at the desk that morning knew how to resolve the issue.

Liked: simply stunning hotel.. loved the rooftop bar on 5th floor.. so nice to walk down the hall for a drink and snack. It has close parking, it was close to my destination, great shopping and food all around and lovely staff.
Disliked: It was really pricey.. I wouldn't have been able to afford it if not for work.
