Liked: This hotel was SO beautiful! I really enjoyed the overall amenities, the rooms themselves, and the open space with the fireplaces scattered throughout. It was beautiful and the staff were so incredibly accommodating and kind! Literally, probably some of the nicest folks I've encountered at a hotel - they were GREAT! The entire staff was very helpful in the sense that they answered all of our questions with ease and they had so much personality. Overall, big fan of this place!
Disliked: Despite the 10-star experience with the staff, I was expecting the room to be cleaner considering the price of this hotel. I'm not sure if my counterparts had the same experience in their rooms, however, my bathroom wasn't entirely clean (e.g., little things on the floor, and the overall wipe-down looked a bit sloppy). It wasn't a huge deal as everything in the actual room looked great, but it certainly wasn't ideal for the price of a standardized king suite. If you are operating a luxury hotel, I would hope that cleanliness is the top priority.

This is my new favorite...

Liked: The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy. I loved the retro fridge and style of furniture. The outdoor courtyard was excellent, especially the cowboy cauldron fire. Each staff member that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking is the only tricky part. Woman traveling alone with kids so I didn’t want to park far away from the entrance in the garage.
