Disliked: No designated parking provided with chaletWheeling 6 cases and bags to the.chalet difficult from any spare parking lots 2 power cuts to chalets Internet access poorNo housekeeping the 7 days stayWe left a day early to stay close to airport as we couldn’t risk power outage and.no internet to arrange uber service to meet our flights Washing facility cash 3.50 GBP per loadResort no cash , card only. Had to drive to local shops for change !!!

Lovely Lodges

Liked: The location is fabulous, close to both Crawley and Horsham, the ambience is special, great bar and atmosphere, lovely area for long country walks, cosy cabins, comfy beds and helpful staff
Disliked: The cabins could do with a full length mirror for us ladies, I have had two really special occasions at Cottesmore and couldn't see my outfit properly.Our lodge wasn't the cleanest when we arrived, there were jigsaw pieces on the floor and under the beds were thick with dust. Condiments would be a nice touch, salt, pepper, maybe little sachets of olive oil

A lovely location and rooms,...

Liked: The location and room was lovely, food in the restaurant was amazing. Spa facilities and access were nice.
Disliked: The noise - we were not advised there was a wedding being held on the same day and the noise all day and into the night was significant for what we'd planned to be a quiet and restful break. The staff's attitude and attentiveness in the restaurant was not what you'd expect from an establishment like this. Room cleanliness was mediocre at best.
