Cottage Lodge Hotel is set in the Victorian village of Brockenhurst nestled in the heart of the New Forest National Park. This charming 17th-century residence offers cozy rooms as well as tea coffee and cake on arrival. Cottage Lodge Hotel is a friendly eco-chic family-run property offering 16 comfortable hotel-style bedrooms. All of the rooms have suite facilities with a bath or a shower. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities Smart TVs and hairdryers. Irons are available on request. Parts of the building date back to 1650 and still feature beautiful period features such as original wooden beams handmade bricks and ship timbers. The lodge's rich history means it has a wealth of character and original charm. Reception closes for check-in at 20:00. The village of Brockenhurst has 3 pubs 7 restaurants a train station a petrol station and various shops. The lodge is just 4 minutes' walk from open forest but if you prefer to explore on horseback or by bike horse riding and bicycle hire are available in the village.

Liked: Beautiful B&B, really well located. In less than 5 min you can easily walk to the train station and a supermarket. Also, you can start many hikes from Brockenhurst without needing a car. The details at breakfast time starting from the table coming from an old tree from the New Forest to the local products used are just lovely. The bed was really comfortable and you don't hear any noises at night. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Brockenhurst.
