Liked: Our second time here, because we like it! This is a boutique hotel with attentive staff and a genuinely cottage feel. Don't expect the glass and chrome glitz. A lot of the furniture is hand made from local timber! From the personal tea and cake service on booking in to the printed sign for your personal parking space, to the multiple choice menu, it's a great place to stay. We'll certainly be back!

Disliked: Too much noise from other residents when trying to sleep, complained to the proprietor and suggested signs in each rooms to say,"please consider others at night time "

Liked: Lovely property, spacious bedroom, great breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: The bed was a bit too springy and soft for us, but the linen and pillows were lovely.

Liked: Bedrooms were really comfortable. Pillows great and firm mattresses. The shower was really good. The host was lovely. We had a named parking space, which was a great touch.
Disliked: We unfortunately could not have a cooked breakfast on our second day as the electricity had gone out in the neighbourhood. However, not fault of hotel.
