this is our 3rd time...

Liked: breakfast choices were very good and food was delicious - would have liked more juice choices ie cranberry and/or applebreakfast was served in beautiful boxes we used the paper liners as placemats
Disliked: lights outside our room not working, dark at night when returning had to use phone flashlight

A fairy tale.

Liked: Location is just a minute from the Lake. A reasturant and deli store is walking distance. It's a very cute and cozy cottage setting.

Nice location for skiing, but...

Liked: Easy to find, and very easy drive to Palisades.
Disliked: TV never worked - when I asked staff about it, they said someone was going to come fix it, but they never did. I was there for 3 nights and they never emptied the trash, which got smelly.

We had a lovely stay...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the cottage inn. When we arrived we were given an upgrade free of charge to a larger room. The cabin was clean, cosy and comfortable. Every morning we received a lovely breakfast at our requested time. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The location was ideal, very quiet and right next to 4 different restaurants/cafes and a little market. On our first day we saw 2 bears! We look forward to returning in the future.
Disliked: It would have been nice to be informed what the main dish was each morning for breakfast so we knew whether we wanted to order it or not. As with pretty much every accommodation we have used it would be nice if the room included a toaster, in case we wanted to stay in for lunch or dinner we could easily just have toast or a bagel to eat.
