A Lovely Stay

Liked: First class accommodation with very friendly staff. The evening meal was very good indeed although a bottle of Processco seemed very expensive at £39.50 for the bottle. Lovely view from the dining room overlooking the Malvern Hills. We stayed here more than 20 years ago, should not have waited so long to return
Disliked: Better priced Processco would have been nice !

Absolutely stunning view from balcony

Liked: What a gem of a place! The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous — we spent so much time just soaking it all in. It was peaceful, private, and perfectly quiet, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the free parking made everything super convenient. The home had all the essentials we needed for a comfy few days with the family. The peaceful sounds of birds and nearby sheep made it feel like a countryside retreat. We left absolutely in love with Malvern!
Disliked: The balcony glass was quite dirty with green buildup — a bit hard to ignore.

Perfect romantic getaway

Liked: Room was perfect and had an amazing view from our room, up high and can see for miles, staff lovely. Bathroom nice and clean.

Wonderful, though food portions were...

Liked: The view was wonderful, the hotel was great and the staff were lovely. Great walking on the doorstep of the hotel and an easy trip into Malvern. Car or taxi required for access.
Disliked: Food - though the food was lovely and beautifuly presented, portion sizes were incredibly small; given the cost of the meals (given that we stayed to go hiking we would have welcomed much larger portions). However appetisers between courses were lovely, though disappointingly almost the same every night. We stayed three nights (Friday-Monday) and were very disappointed that the menu was virtually the same on all three nights and on the Sunday no Roast was offered.
