A wonderful stay to remember...
Liked: Beautiful setting, lovely properties on a woodland site. Fabulous views.

Liked: The view was great, Location with the woods at the back and access to walks was brilliant. It was very quiet. Bar area was nice
Disliked: The room was ok but not outstanding for the price, the bed was average. The food and service was good at the restaurant but I didn`t appreciate the extra service charge when you are already paying that much for food. If I tip then it should be my choice.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Awful room position.Probably worse in the hotel.Right next to back door that SLAMMED.And a night light going off outside our window when someone walked by.

Disappointing and would not recommend...
Liked: Looked lovely from the pictures.
Disliked: On arrival was given a room that looked out directly on to a rock! And informed we couldn’t have dinner as restaurant was fully booked. After arriving via taxi and being a long was away from any other pubs and restaurants this was very disappointing. After I said I was changing hotels they said they would ask if we could eat in bar. Bit late then after I had asked twice if we could get a meal! Being told no twice! Most unhelpful

Horrible customer service and worn...
Liked: Only plus was location
Disliked: Worn-out property and charges crazy money.The constant noise from the ceiling, which I suspect is due to the thin ceiling, was extremely disruptive and prevented us from getting a restful night's sleep. The shower too was a frustrating experience due to the inability to regulate the water temperature. It consistently delivered only very hot water, with cold or regulated temperature not working, making showering uncomfortable and potentially dangerous.The worst part was they seem to disregard feedback, they were least concerned and bothered when I fed back on these issues saying we will add this to our maintenance list. They could have at least offered to make it better, but I don't think they even heard it properly. Their lack of sensitivity has led me to put this feedback. Never going again.
