Very good

Liked: Room was very clean,bed was very comfortable more than met our needs can't fault the room
Disliked: Afternoon tea was over priced at £32 per person for what you got very disappointed

Nice hotel.

Liked: Very clean, good location, free parking.
Disliked: Poor quality gym and far too small for such a large hotel. No cold meat selection for breakfast.Another large coach party of Chinese taking over the breakfast area, seems a regular occurrence at De Vere!

Disliked: My son is autistic and classed as “disabled”; he has an Access Card that entitles him to queue free access. One adjustment that is required is to enable him so that he doesn’t become distressed. We had long waits for check in, when ordering food, took long to order and more than 45 minutes for the actual food to arrive and dessert was a whole other story! We were advised breakfast is till 1130am on a Sunday. We got there around 1040am, only to find staff packing it all away, left overs left on most tables not cleaned. We had to rush to get the hot meal; and for the continental there was literally no choice as the staff had already taken it off.Very poor service. We couldn’t get the soap to come out of dispenser. Marks on the bathroom wall. Too hot even with the one fan in the room.

Liked: Great room with a balcony over looking the lakes. Breakfast was a great choice and quality. Staff very helpful.Great gym. Boathouse restaurant was great food and staff
Disliked: Could really do with AC in the rooms or at least a fan.Queues for coffee machine a breakfast during busy periods

Liked: Nice hotel room and view. Great location!
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. Bakery items weren't there on the second day of our stay. Had to request a fan which wasn't there in the room although mentioned. Didn't get a cot for our infant, although they mentioned it would be available. Luckily, we were carrying our own.
