Liked: Location was perfect for us/walking into town centre or parks. It has obviously been refurbished quite recently, but since then no up-keep. Albeit the room, although small (no wardrobe) and random chair taking up space so dresser couldn’t be used, was clean and bottled water was replenished daily. Beverage facility in room was also good.
Disliked: Courtyard garden has been shamefully neglected. Lights in bar area were thick with dust. Both areas very unwelcoming. Breakfast: if you don’t eat eggs, you’ll have to get a hot meal elsewhere, and £7.50 for juice, coffee, croissants & jam was only just ‘palatable’!
