Excellent hotel, very friendly staff.

Liked: Lovely location, lovely room with an excellent bathroom! Superb shower!
Disliked: No fridge.

Lovely hotel, excellent service, comfortable...

Liked: We saw reviews that mentioned the quality of the breakfast, they were spot on, it was excellent and matched by the service. The building is full of character, handily located with off road parking. When we return to Cheltenham, we'll stay here again.
Disliked: The only niggle was a squeaky bathroom fan.

It was nice enough and...

Liked: natural light at breakfast was nice, room was nice during the day time, good location

Liked: The hotel doesn't serve dinner but the receptionist recommended restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was very good.
