Liked: Our rooms were very clean and well organized. We always enjoy the mineral water hot pools! Beautiful service and transparency from Jody as usual she is always easy to talk to at reception.
Disliked: Nothing. No complaints here!

Lovely place but need to...

Liked: Friendly and easy to get to places of interest
Disliked: Cold water in the shower for first 24 hours then after fixing was only tepid water , moved rooms water was much better but still not as hot as should be , especially seeing as the place was sitting on geothermal!

Very good

Liked: We stayed in the basic cabin with the toilet, it was a a really nice simple room clean and very warm with the natural heater. We were located right next to the hot tubs. Great location, the grounds were tidy, and even though we didnt get to use the hangi steamer its such a cool option. However the hot tubs are a bit of a let down this was the main reason i booked this accom they are very small, we had a dip in the morning and it wasnt fully heated up like the previous day we had used it so i was guttered we didnt get to enjoy a hot soak before we left. The access to the beach had deep puddles so it was very unpleasent, i wanted to get my moneys worth lol so i still walked through it even with my son almost in tears having to go through it. I actually thought the beach was hot but it wasnt lol it would have been lovely if there was a platform or something so we could still walk there without going through the puddles. With a few tweaks it could have been a 10/10 but its still a nice spot.
Disliked: I would just say there needs to be a blind in the kitchen where we stayed as people can see in when they walk up the stairs.

What it did have was...

Liked: Location close to town and other places we went.
Disliked: Noisy next door neighbors in the next roomlate at night,shower toilets need a better clean.Would be good to have a curtain in the shower so clothes etc don't get wetish when hanging in next cubicle.

Liked: Location, hot pool on-site. Nice and quiet. When we noticed no tea towel and washing up liquid,the reception lady brought these up straight away. Cosy and great for what we needed. Thank you
Disliked: Thermal pool was not working and one of the hot pools was far too hot to use. The opening time of the pool was 3pm both days which we weren't expecting. The kitchen had no blind, so we were woken early by the sunlight. A blind here would help immensely.

Great place

Liked: Had to use Landry, it was great.
Disliked: We were cold. No heater in the room and also no extra bedding to put on. Needed one or the other. Although we dressed up to go to bed and put the room towels over duvet we still where cold.

Superb

Liked: Staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful made our stay so much better! We enjoyed cooking our food in the thermal oven so cool to try the family enjoyed that so much!
Disliked: Spa was unfortunately not available the night we stayed

Liked: It's wondeerful to immerse ourselves in the hot pool which is in a distance from our unit. Also, staffs are very friendly and professional.
