Liked: Location, hot pool on-site. Nice and quiet. When we noticed no tea towel and washing up liquid,the reception lady brought these up straight away. Cosy and great for what we needed. Thank you
Disliked: Thermal pool was not working and one of the hot pools was far too hot to use. The opening time of the pool was 3pm both days which we weren't expecting. The kitchen had no blind, so we were woken early by the sunlight. A blind here would help immensely.

Great place

Liked: Had to use Landry, it was great.
Disliked: We were cold. No heater in the room and also no extra bedding to put on. Needed one or the other. Although we dressed up to go to bed and put the room towels over duvet we still where cold.

Superb

Liked: Staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful made our stay so much better! We enjoyed cooking our food in the thermal oven so cool to try the family enjoyed that so much!
Disliked: Spa was unfortunately not available the night we stayed

Liked: It's wondeerful to immerse ourselves in the hot pool which is in a distance from our unit. Also, staffs are very friendly and professional.
Disliked: None

OK stay for the price

Liked: staff were friendly and rooms were adequate
Disliked: bed was back breaking and super noisy, just moving your legs made it creak

not recommend

Disliked: The accommodation experience was extremely poor. The facilities were old, not clean, the room was very small, and the price was quite expensive. It was not worth it at all and won't come again.
