Good spot to stay .

Liked: Everything you need was provided . Great location with nice view .
Disliked: There is absolutely nothing for kids on this property.Even I rate this 9/10 for everything because it’s great if you are not travelling with kids .However, I wouldn’t book again with kids . I strongly suggest to have at least some tree swings , a d designated large area for kids to run or play games.put a basket ball hoop somewhere etc. it doesn’t need to be fancy just for kids to do something. Host was great though.. updated everything and sent a welcome msg on arrival and ask if we need anything!

Great little spot would stay...

Liked: Half way between Denmark and Albany made for easy day trips. Very clean. Lots of fire wood provided. Kids loved the cows.
Disliked: Tv limited to ABC and SBS and internet reception not great so be sure to download things to watch for kids prior to your stay.Staples provided were limited to salt and pepper so make sure you pack oil for cooking.

Easter stay

Liked: Great location to do both Denmark and Albany. Self contained with everything you need, very comfortable

It was nice to stay...

Liked: The location was very good to travel both Denmark and Albany
Disliked: Water was from rain so had to buy lots of water to wash dishes.There was no wifi signal.

Disappointing

Liked: It was close to the beach and the wedding we attended
Disliked: Was nothing like it showed in pictures. The water was rainwater, but because the gutters were so full of crap, it came out brown & both my daughters ended up with a UTI from only showering (didn't drink the water) The fridge was filthy. Blinds were so stiff that we couldn't open and shut them properly. Beds were uncomfortable. Smelt damp. Washing machine leaked everywhere. Only one hob worked on the stove. The BBQ had to be scrubbed before we could use it. The dryer was backed up full of Lint in the filter it made me have a coughing fit when I opened the door. Was unclean and very disappointed for what we paid.
