Costa Mesa Inn - Newport Beach Area

I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Disliked: Man was out to lunch at desk was told to go to his hotel door by the maid ..Knocked on door politely he answered and proceeded to yellin my face for interrupting his lunch and I how could be a drug dealer !!!! I was in tears and mortified ! and I was there for a funeral with my family two children included ! The T.V. Was HUGE AND TOOK UP THE WHOLE WALL so bright and lighting super bright ver disappointing!
