Costa Mesa Inn - Newport Beach Area

I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Disliked: It’s still under renovation, the pool isn’t working

Convenient, affordable, no thrills inn...

Liked: It was convenient. I just needed an affordable place in a safe area for the night.
Disliked: The property has a lot of construction going on so it was a bit loud and the parking lot was full of items leftover by the construction workers (bottles, cans, etc) that I was constantly driving over.

Liked: Free parking, cold fridge, nice beds and furniture, huge TV monitor, good selection of shows on TV
Disliked: No basic amenities such as disposable cups, facial tissue, hangers, coffee maker or hot water kettle.
