Costa Mesa Inn - Newport Beach Area

I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Liked: Clean. Comfortable.
Disliked: Carpet a Lil runndown... they are being remodeled as we speak tho so am sure its in the works. And since they are being remodeled there is limited parking. Parking spots are also small. And lastly shower head was a little to low had to duck to wash hair... and pressure not strong.

Liked: Large room, great location for us, clean and easy check in /out. Bed is comfortable. Great communication with the staff in the office.
Disliked: Well, no ice available. No hand towels. Might need extra pillows and blanket. I admit that I didn’t ask for extras. They may have it. The pillows are really thin. Tv was really low. Not able to comfortably view it from the bed.

Disliked: They have not credited my refund yet, paid double on my booking through website and hotel (in person). I was told by booking representative that the hotel will refund me since I had to cut short my stay at the hotel due to safety issues.
