Liked: Liked the location
Disliked: The pool closing at 8:00 was a big bummer for the kids. Also the valet parking was a big unnecessary hassle.

Awesome!

Liked: Loved the roof top pool!
Disliked: We loved everything about the property the cleanliness, location, decor and friendliness off staff was top notch! Myself along with my 2 daughters came to Hollywood last Aug I’d love a do over cause we stayed next door and was highly disappointed.

One thing to bring back

Liked: Location. I have been staying here annually for approximately 5 years
Disliked: No phone to reach the valet service. In the pass I just call valet and they were amazing. Now you need to call the front desk and at first they told me I would need to be there in person
