More disappointments than pleasures. Not worth the money.

Liked: Aesthetically, the approach to the hotel, the lobby, restaurant, fitness center and pool area were all lovely. Staff was very friendly
Disliked: The hallway and rooms were a little gloomy. They need updating and more lighting. There were trays of dirty plates and glasses left out in the hallways for very long periods of time. We ordered room service twice and the breakfast was cold and the pancakes didnt include butter or syrup. Just a cold pancake on a plate. For dinner, I ordered and was charged for a chicken breast to go on my avocado salad. It was not included. When I mentioned the problem at the restuarant the next morning, they just said they were sorry and didn't offer to refund my money. Two meals ruined.

Way overpriced, poor service

Disliked: $1000 a night room overlooked adjoining building rooftop. Locks and bagel room service breakfast took over an hour to arrive and consisted of a cold toasted bagel with finely chopped onions and tomatoes, no cream cheese that had to put together for $41

Great location. Great staff. Great fun!

Liked: It was our second stay in the last three months and it was as good as our first visit which tells you how consistently wonderful this hotel is
Disliked: The weather was the worst Id ever experienced in Florida!! Its a good job the staff and hotel were brilliant!
