Great stay and awesome staff!!

Liked: Our room had a queen and twin bed, perfect for the 3 of us. Working air conditioning, mini fridge and small soap and shampoo items for use. Clean and well-kept rooms. We didn’t try their breakfast so can’t comment on that. The staff were warm and super friendly!! We liked that you had to be buzzed into the building, and they collected the room key every time we left, as added steps of security.
Disliked: Not as close to the tourist attractions so had to plan travel time every day, but I knew that when I reserved the room. The reception area is up a flight of spiral stairs, then we were able to use the small lift.

Liked: The rooms aren’t huge but big enough for what we wanted. Nice and comfy and clean. The air conditioning is a great touch too.The staff are lovely and will do anything for you. Any information you need about local attractions, just ask and you’ll get a map with directions.

Disliked: A room is a bit too small, the desk is small

I enjoyed my stay

Liked: The room was small but clean and comfortable, the location was great close to public transport, bus, metro, so many restaurants around variety of option for dinning, many theatres in the area. An of course not forgetting the excellent customer care.
Disliked: The lift is only from the first floor so it's a little bit of hustle to carry bags from the reception area to the first floor.

Liked: It's a good location, very close to a metro station and with one line you can go the most attractions. The staff was very welcoming and informative and gave a very good service.The wifi and the AC are goodI didn't try the breakfast as I was told is basic
Disliked: It's an old building l, needs renovation and the room wasn't clean enough, wasn't a nice feeling
